Italian lesson online is a virtual school that provides General Italian, Conversational Italian, and Business Italian via the Internet through a video call. The courses consist of 60/30-minute-long classes for individuals.
Booking Italian lessons
All lesson bookings must be agreed upon in advance with the teachers via e-mail at the following address: hello@italianlessononline.net
Your teacher will confirm the slots available (date and time) of the lessons after receiving your email. You must confirm the date and time to suit you by replying to the e-mail from your teacher no later than 36 hours before the lesson.
Payment and fees
All fees and transactions are in Euro unless otherwise agreed. All the courses must be paid in advance, and you may choose to purchase 1 lesson or a lesson package.
Lessons must be concluded within three months of the payment date.
Italianlessononline.net reserves the right to change the fees at any time and with no prior notice.

Payments shall be arranged using the PayPal (with a 5% additional charge to cover PayPal fee) or Wise.com (formerly TransferWise).

Italian lessons on Skype / Zoom / Google Meet
It is essential to be online and ready for the lesson at the pre-agreed time.
You are entitled to 5 minutes of free assessment to accommodate the online environment and equipment, and enable the teacher to assess your pre-existing language skills.
Technical requirements
Give yourself plenty of time before the first lesson to properly install the chosen tool in order to participate in our class (Skype/ Zoom/ Google Meet) on your computer. After creating a Skype/ Zoom/ Google Meet account, add our teacher to your contact list.
Stable internet access is required to ensure the quality of the sound and the video.
If your internet connection is slow (poor audio/video quality), our teacher may ask you to turn off the camera to achieve better audio quality.
Refund
If you choose to conclude your course and not attend the rest of the pre-paid lessons, no refund will be made by italianlessononline.net.
Italianlessononline.net reserves the right to cancel any pre-agreed and/or pre-paid lessons under any circumstances and will add a new lesson at the end of the course.
Cancellation and delay policy
If you are unable to attend the lesson at the pre-agreed time, you have to notify your teacher at least 36 hours before the scheduled time by e-mail.
If you cancel the lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to attend, or you log in late, the lesson is considered as completed.
The teacher reserves the right to end the lessons in case of uncontrollable events or any of the following situations:
Very poor audio quality
Interruption of student or teacher’s Internet connection
If the poor audio quality or disruption of the Internet services are on the teacher’s side or the student’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled.
In case you are late, and you didn’t inform the teacher of the delay, the teacher will sign out of Skype/Zoom/Google Meet after 15 minutes and you will be charged for the lesson.
Expiration date
A single lesson and a package can be used within three months of the purchase date, otherwise you lose the right to use them.
Exclusion of liability
italianlessononline.net cannot, at any time, be held responsible for any damage caused by the performance or inadequacy of the services of any third party (e.g., the Internet, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet).
